Oi Eng-Crandus

Oi Eng-Crandus retired as Vice President of Finance and Operations at the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, a nonprofit dedicated to securing racial equity and economic opportunity for all. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Customer Development at Essendant and held roles in strategy, finance, and business development at Sears and BP Amoco.
In her third chapter, Oi is focused on supporting nonprofits through board service and lending her expertise as a volunteer and consultant to a variety of mission-driven organizations.
Having immigrated to the U.S. from Hong Kong as a child, Oi understands the challenges immigrants face. She previously served on the RefugeeOne board from 2016 to 2022 and has co-sponsored multiple refugee families through her involvement with Chicago Sinai Congregation.
Oi earned her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Chicago with her husband and has two sons.
