Our services:

• Mental Health Screening – check in to see how you are doing
• Individual Therapy and Support – talk , art, or movement
• Medical Case Management – care coordination and support navigating healthcare systems
• Workshops – informational, health education, social connection
• SSI Application – 65 years and younger, those with disabilities
• Pregnancy Support – benefits enrollment, connection to prenatal care, information on pregnancy and birth in the U.S., access to newborn care supplies
• Home Visiting – building parent/child connection
• Dental Clinic – oral exams, basic and deep cleanings, fillings, extractions
