Youth services
Receive support for your children and family as you adjust to living in Chicagoland. We can support with school, social emotional needs, and helping your child find interests they enjoy. Our programs are for children and young adults ages 0-25 years old.
Our services include:
All Ages
- School enrollment
- Support talking to your child’s teachers
- Assessing for special education needs
- Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) at school
- Parent Workshops
- Field Trips and Special Events
- Behavioral Support
Early Childhood
- Preschool and daycare enrollment (0-4 years old)
- Childcare during RefugeeOne classes and events (1 -5 years old)
- Assistance with developmental concerns
- Monthly play groups
Elementary School Age
- Afterschool program (Kindergarten-8th grade)
- Middle School Boys Group (6th grade-8th grade)
- Middle School Girls Group (6th grade-8th grade)
- In-Home Tutoring (Kindergarten-High School)
Teens and Young Adults
- Teen afterschool tutoring (High School)
- Partnership with After School Matters for Teens to get job experience (must be at least 16 years old and in high school)
- Mentoring program (16-25 years old)
